The class is held via Zoom meeting and highlights the benefits of eating minimally processed food that is anti-inflammatory, but is also easy to make. We will demonstrate some wholesome recipes. We will use the almighty turmeric, humble ginger and other healing spices. We will talk about unusual grains and colorful vegetables. We will think outside the box.
