Kindness Tour
The Good Life Refuge is offering private group and public ‘Kindness Tours’. The private group tours are designed for up to 10 people and the group members are the only visitors at the sanctuary. Public Kindness Tours are group tours open to everyone and limited to a maximum of 20 participants and can be singly booked. During the COVID crisis, we will all take special precautions to follow State and Local guidelines such as social distancing and wearing of masks.
During your 45-minute guided tour, you will meet and learn about our 60+ animal residents including the special qualities of pigs, chickens, cows, alpacas, ducks and goats.
A few facts about the tour:
Public tours are open to everyone and can singly booked with a maximum of 20 participants.
When you book the private group Kindness Tour, it’s a private tour for your private group only (no other visitors will be on-site during your tour other than a couple of volunteers).
Please wear weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes.
All participants and tour leaders are required to wear masks and sanitize their hands before entering the animal enclosures. We also ask to stay 6’ away from our tour guides and to practice social distancing from our volunteer staff.
Please reschedule your tour, if a you or a group member doesn’t feel well.
The tour leader will handle the opening and closing of all gates.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your tour. We'd like to give you a short orientation and familiarize you with the precautions we are taking to keep everyone safe during the COVID crisis. We want this to be fun, educational and safe for everyone!
