Please join us for our Plant-Based Bacon Cooking Class taught by Sarah Eastin on Friday, February 19th at 12:00 PM MT. Sarah is a health coach, plant-based chef and avid animal lover. In this class, Sarah will teach you what you need to know to make your own plant-based bacon taste great! The bacon recipes she’ll be demonstrating can be eaten on their own or used in other dishes and include:
Tofu Bacon
Rice Paper Bacon
Coconut bacon
Carrot Bacon.
We’ll also top a Cheesy Potato Soup with our prepared bacon and chopped chives!
The class is held virtually via Zoom meeting and registration is required. We suggest a $10 donation per person for this class. All proceeds will go to the Good Life Refuge to support our onsite residents and their ongoing care.
