Join us for this virtual Cheese making class sponsored by Doolittle Farm. Keith Hughes from Doolittle Farm will be demoing how to make three very easy, and very tasty cheeses:

• A tofu-based gorgonzola that gets better with age

• A tofu-based feta

• A cashew ricotta.

Registration is required and suggested donation for the class is $15 - $20. All proceeds will be going to the Good Life Refuge and support our onsite residents and their ongoing care.
